The lock is equipped with a patented hub. In the case of turning of the “strain” picklock, the hub shall cover the key hole, excluding the possibility to manipulate the levers.

Protection is provided by means of the false grooves, installed at the levers and rotor code disks. In the case of attempt of pick-lock effraction, bolt shank leg due to its form shall fall within the fall grooves at the levers, which increases the time of effraction, and, in most cases, leaves no opportunity for lock effraction.

All locks of Maximum series are equipped with internal armor plate, which prevents shank leg drilling out. By request of the customer, external armor plate, made of manganiferous 65G steel, with a thickness of 2 mm, may be installed. Armor plate hardness after strengthening - 58-62 points in accordance with the Rockwell scale.

Maximum series locks are equipped with loosened teeth, which are cut away in case of force impact by the pick at the lock mechanism. At that, the lock shall remain closed and shall not allow the criminal to get into the premises.
